Yes, thats right, I put 1 star. Allow me to explain why:
First off, I'll start with your "mods." A preloader, colors, music and sound, good graphics, and a story are all things that come with a game. Adding them on is not an update, it's finishing a game.
second, there is congruity in this game. For example, why do you need a ragdoll to dodge spikes? Why is the ragdoll controlled by buttons instead of the mouse?
For example: A better story would be, "everything was peaceful, then evil stickman came around and made explosions of metal (basically like your intro now). One of the large pieces of metal knocked out your best friend! Luckily you're a wizard, so you can move him around. Keep your best friend alive!"
Third, You may have improved graphics, but they aren't finished. The background is two colors, not even pretty colors. Other than that, there is 1. the stickman 2. spikes. Take time to make those look good. If you don't want to draw anything, find someone else to do it. If you are going to do it yourself, do it right. Graphics are a huge part of gameplay.
Fourth, your intro was bad. It was bad enough that I wasn't sure if you were trying to be funny or if you are really that lazy. The game would have been better without it.
Fifth, it's not fun to play a game that always insults you. Have you played your game before? It's very difficult to get past 50 even, yet the game still makes fun of you.
So when you look back at what I've said, you can see that you actually have a great start to a fun game. I don't have anything bad to say about the mechanics. You need to spend at least as much time animating as you do coding though. Research!
Oh, and last, begging for stars is embarrassing. Don't do it, people will dislike you for it.
