Yes, thats right, I put 1 star. Allow me to explain why:

First off, I'll start with your "mods." A preloader, colors, music and sound, good graphics, and a story are all things that come with a game. Adding them on is not an update, it's finishing a game.

second, there is congruity in this game. For example, why do you need a ragdoll to dodge spikes? Why is the ragdoll controlled by buttons instead of the mouse?

For example: A better story would be, "everything was peaceful, then evil stickman came around and made explosions of metal (basically like your intro now). One of the large pieces of metal knocked out your best friend! Luckily you're a wizard, so you can move him around. Keep your best friend alive!"

Third, You may have improved graphics, but they aren't finished. The background is two colors, not even pretty colors. Other than that, there is 1. the stickman 2. spikes. Take time to make those look good. If you don't want to draw anything, find someone else to do it. If you are going to do it yourself, do it right. Graphics are a huge part of gameplay.

Fourth, your intro was bad. It was bad enough that I wasn't sure if you were trying to be funny or if you are really that lazy. The game would have been better without it.

Fifth, it's not fun to play a game that always insults you. Have you played your game before? It's very difficult to get past 50 even, yet the game still makes fun of you.

So when you look back at what I've said, you can see that you actually have a great start to a fun game. I don't have anything bad to say about the mechanics. You need to spend at least as much time animating as you do coding though. Research!

Oh, and last, begging for stars is embarrassing. Don't do it, people will dislike you for it.

Very fun game! Graphics were great, loads of upgrades made it addicting, and all sound effects were good.

The only reason I am giving 4.5 stars is that my burger made it all the way to the end. However, I think since it was so high up, the game just kind of froze. Music is still playing, but the burger was just frozen in space.

Still, I had a lot of fun playing, thank you for the great game!

This game is amazing, very original and decently done.

I played through and got all the medals (except the secret one, darn you!) and I have a few things to say about it.

First, I had to start over. I moved to vancouver and could not make any money in my first game. I wish I could have downsized my office in order to start small again and work my way up. However my problem was that I trained too quickly instead of giving experience to workers. I tried again and in my second round had no problem and finished the game.

All together I played no more than 3 hours, probably closer to 2, making this a fairly short game. That isn't really a bad thing though, if this game didn't have an ending I think it would get quite boring.

I did have problems with workers for a little while, although it was completely my fault it would've been nice to receive a warning. I had workstations backed up against the wall and workers couldn't reach them, causing a severe lag in the game.

As other people have said, a roster would be nice so you don't end up accidentally training someone who is in the middle of a project.

Also, the tutorial never explained office expansions, and I saw I wasn't the only person who had trouble with that in the reviews. I figured it out eventually, but it did take me a while.

The graphics were good enough, but barely. It would've been nice to have a big graphics upgrade, as well as rotation abilities.

A cool idea I think would to be able to play a few of the games you've made, or at least preview them. Mini games are always fun, they just have to be simple.

Thanks for a great game, it truly is an awesome piece of work and deserves every second on the front page and more!

Oh and if any one figures out the secret medal, PM me ;)

Fun and Funny!

Not only was this hilarious, but it was actually pretty addicting! Call me a sucker for upgrades, but I actually enjoyed it hahaha Plus with the humor it made a hundred times funner.

You know, even though this was all just a kick-in-the-ass to all the reviewers who give crappy reviews to games that don't have upgrades, this is one of the best games ever. Its fully personalizational!

of course... I am also very bored and procrastinating making my own short animation so I might have just had extra fun because I don't feel like actually working haha.

either way, this probably took forever, good work!

Fun Game

Its addicting, fast paced, and just overall a fun game. The gun descriptions were a little, lacking, I thought. I can see how you could get confused by them. But for me it was never a problem.

I honestly didn't think it was too hard at all, I played all the way through to the end. The other thing is after I bought all the weapons, around level 50, I pretty much only used the same four over and over again. Short Shield, that lazor that shoots randomly around you across the whole screen, duck death (or sometimes big lazor too), and then homing missiles, versus boss's usually. Maybe some other good weapons would be cool too, but I dunno

over all, great game! People who don't like it have obviously never made a game in Flash before and have no idea just how long it would take to make a game like this.

I do get it...

How can this be boring?

seriously, that was soo tight haha. into my fav's it goes. all my five as well.

good job to both of you

ingenius

really good game, I was actually scared in the part where she was inside the body...or at least i think thats what it was...I dunno, it was kind of freaky cuz im a bit closterphobic and being there would scare the shit outta me haha. the hand pwned me just like every one else...except worse...haha. I got it to make the shocker though...I swear im older than 11 haha.but I finally figured it out (thanks to reviews) and finished the game. cant wait for the expirement!

niiice

I had absolutely no lag so...all those guys below me are noobs haha.

great game, its a classic way from the first NES and up to the super nintendo. Perfect game play.

yay 4 top 3

well...it was ping pong...so keeping that in mind it was pretty good lol. farily addiciting...graphics were....about as good as they couldve been...would have been cool if there was difficulty settings. or if after a while platforms randomly appeared on the stage and the disappeared....reappeared somewhere else...you get the idea...good job for you first game though.

its just pong...

this is pretty much exactly like playing pong with a few programming errors. its not even addicting like pong is. you probably put alot of work into this, which sucks, because it wasnt fun and sometimes it didnt even make sence. try again.

oversword responds:

sometimes the ball jumps about cos of the CPU usage and crashing and stuff. could turn the quality down to low next time. u seem to be the only person who has actually waited for it to load. its not completley like pong. u can move about more, and i have power ups. and the AI can move around too. what were the errors?! please tell me and i will try my best to sort them out. come on u cant say it sucks...i mean its pretty good?
